With its beginnings as a metal fabricator, Prometco has continually expanded and grown to become a successful worldwide supplier of an array of FDA/USDA food processing and packaging products, including advanced robotic food processing equipment. Recently, Prometco expanded again by hiring technical and marketing managers with over 15 years of experience in providing products and services to the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Laboratory businesses in North America. Like Prometco, these managers developed a reputation for providing the highest of quality in products and services to their customers.

Prometco now is able to combine its expertise, modern facilities and experienced quality manufacturing to produce a dynamic new manufacturing division at Prometco providing the products of cGMP and Laboratory steam sterilizers and steam generators for Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Laboratory customers. The highly efficient and cost saving abilities developed at Prometco, including Global Shop ERP and Process Control software, SolidWorks Engineering and Lean Manufacturing provide manufacturing excellence. The new managers provide the experience and technical / market knowledge to the new Prometco products of steam sterilizers and clean steam generators. Additionally, our “attention to detail” and commitment to service ensures the highest level of customer support, which is so important to success in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Laboratory businesses.
