Prometco introduced Lean in 2004 to begin employing the Lean Principles and we will continue this effort to improve our manufacturing efficiencies, scheduling performance and quality in our never-ending efforts to meet, and exceed, our customer's requirements. Our Prometco, in-house Lean Team looks at all opportunities in every aspect of Prometco's estimating, engineering, project management and operations to eliminate waste and add value to our production -manufacturing processes to meet the challenges and requirements of our customers.
